2. INFORMATION WE RECEIVE AND/OR COLLECT
2.1 We do not collect or store any personal information about our users. This is the first and very important condition to safeguard your privacy. If personal information isn’t collected, it can’t be stolen, demanded, leaked or exposed.
2.2 We receive and/or collect other types of data and information about users via our services, as follows. They are in a format that cannot be used for personal identification and we do not participate in any activities to identify individuals using the collected data.
- Users’ content result images (Quiz result images)
- Users’ content/quiz inputs
2.3. Users can log in our Service by using authentication services of third party. Particularly Facebook, Twitter, Kakaostory, Band, etc can be possible authentication service providers(referenced below as “SNS service provider”). In that case, We receive following information from SNS service providers. We do not store this information but combine this data with Users’ Service Result to show Users.
- Facebook App scoped ID (This is different from user’s Facebook ID. This app scoped ID is only used for Vonvon, and we cannot identify our user’s Facebook ID, with this app scoped ID)
- Usernames of other social media (Twitter etc…) only when they are used to log-in Vonvon.
2.4. We do not receive any other information from social media provider except as provided for in Article 2.3. In accordance with social media service features, we may show the information that social media service provider directly provide to users’ device. However we do not receive or store the information.
3. COLLECTION OF INFORMATION BY COOKIE
3.2 You have an option to enable or disable cookies. You may configure your browser to accept all cookies, get an alert before accepting cookies, or disable all cookies. Please bear in mind that you will not be able to access some of the services requiring a login process if you disable cookies.
4. SHARING INFORMATION WITH A THIRD PARTY
We will never sell or disclose users’ service result to a third party in a personally identifiable way.

After fulfilling the purpose of collection and use of users’ service result or other data, the data will be retained for a certain period of time stipulated under the applicable laws and regulations before being discarded. Paper records will be either shredded or incinerated, and electronic records will be discarded in an irreversible manner using technical methods. The information retained by Us as required by the applicable laws is as follows.
-Information to be retained: Records on Service visits
-Applicable laws: Protection of Communications Secrets Act
-Term of retention: 3 months
7. THE RIGHT OF USER AND HIS OR HER LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE
You (or your legal guardian if you are under 14 years of age) may review, change or delete your information at any time.
8. PROTECTION OF INFORMATION
8.1. Technical measures
In managing the Data, the Company takes the following technical measures to prevent loss, theft, leakage, falsification, or destruction of information and to secure the safety of information:
① Information is being controlled by the internal network, which cannot be accessed or invaded by the external network
② The important data is strictly protected through individual security functions such as encrypting a file or data or using a lock function
③ We uses vaccine programs to protect its system from computer virus. Vaccine programs are updated periodically. If a sudden viruses appears, We immediately installs a new vaccine program in order to prevent invasion of information
④ We adopts a security system that allows information to be safely transmitted on the network through a cryptographic algorithm
⑤ We is strengthening its security by installing access-control systems in each server
8.2 Managerial measures
① We prepares the necessary procedures for its employees’ access to information and management of information so that its employees can fully understand and conform to those procedures
② We limits the minimum number of employees who can deal with information of customers. Those who can deal with information are limited to the lists
③ We prepares internal procedures to check implementation of Personal Information Protection Policy and supervises whether the employees comply with the Policy
④ Duties and responsibilities of a person who dealt with information are transferred to a new person under strictly secured conditions. We clearly stipulates the employees’ responsibility for any disclosure of information after joining the Company and leaving the Company
10. PERSON IN CHARGE OF PROTECTION OF INFORMATION
In order to protect information and handle their complaints related to the Company’s use of information, the Company designates the relevant department and Personal Information Management Officer as below. If you have any complaints in regards to personal information while using the service, please report it to the Personal Information Management Officer or Personal Information Protection Officer and we will get back to you right away.
